Industrial Janitorial Services, LLC is a janitorial service that serves the Southeastern USA.  Established in 2007, we provide professional cleaning and maintenance services for residential, industrial and commercial homes and facilities. Co-owners Wendell C. Rodgers and Rickey Ward have over 40 years combined experience in the janitorial profession.

Our staff is experienced, caring and well-supervised. Additionally, we use well maintained equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products. Our supervisors are on-site at all our jobs and are easily reached if you have additional needs.

We hire reliable, motivated individuals who are capable of successfully and efficiently carrying out the work required. We employ part-time and full-time staff and also utilize subcontractors as needed. Customer requirements vary so our staff has a wide range of skills to accommodate the daily needs of our customers.

We currently provide floor care maintenance for North Carolina Specialty Hospital and general cleaning for Carolina Adolescent Center. Our floor care maintenance includes stripping, waxing, and buffing tile floors. Our general cleaning services include emptying bins, mopping floors, vacuuming and cleaning communal areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. We also perform carpet cleaning, window cleaning or washroom maintenance (e.g. filling dispensers). Additionally we also clean transport vehicles. In May we completed a six month Renovation/Expansion project with HOAR Construction Co. at NC Specialty Hospital where we performed construction cleanup and applied finish and buffed new floor space.
